How does a VIP Day work?

Book It In!

Once you’ve decided how much time you need, we’re ready to lock it in to my calendar.

Bookings are usually made at least 2-3 weeks in advance to allow time for you to complete the required prep-work and for us to have a 45 minute strategy call in the week leading up to your booking..

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. You can reschedule once, with at least 7 days notice required.

Prep-Work

There’s a little bit of homework to complete before our booking, but don’t worry – i’ll take care of all the heavy lifting.

During this step you will gain access to your client portal which outlines the information we need in an easy to use form, and ensures I have all the necessary information ready to go on the day of your booking.

The prep-work must be completed in advance of your VIP day to avoid delays.

VIP Experience

This is where the magic happens! Today I am dedicated to you and your business, VIP style.

You don’t need to be in attendance on the day, but I do ask that you are available via messenger or email so that I can seek your feedback and send you updates throughout the day.

You get to sit back and relax knowing that your business in is good hands.

Support

Don’t worry, after our day together I’m not going to leave you high and dry.

I will send you a video after our day is complete, to explain the work done and to teach you how to use it, where applicable.

You will also receive an additional 2 weeks of support where you can ask questions relating to the work completed during the duration of VIP booking (this does not cover additional work to be done).
