Polish Your Emails With This Free Email Signature Generator

How do you currently sign off on your business emails to current and prospective clients?

An email signature is a great way to share your details – and it’s an opportunity I see so frequently missed!

Recently I discovered a fantastic online email signature generator, Signature Hound which offers a variety of great email signature templates, and it’s completely free!

Plus it integrates with a heap of platforms for easy installation, including Google Workspace, which is my preferred email platform, AND it allows you to create a template (for easy use amongst team members) – AND you can share the email signature generator with other users via a share link, so that they can use the same template! plus… did I say it’s free already?

Below is a copy of my new signature, so you can see what I’m talking about. With Google Workspace (or Gsuite) the installation is as simple as copy and paste! I’ve already had several people comment on it in their email replies, so I’m definitely happy with the result.
